I am looking for reliable and committed full-time telephone operators to support our team on a long-term basis. If you enjoy telephone communication, are able to work under pressure and can also work at weekends and on public holidays, then you've come to the right place.

Your tasks:
- Shadowing via WhatsApp
- Friendly and professional customer communication
- Reliable and independent work

What I expect from you:
- Full-time availability (no 2-3 days per week options)
- High level of commitment, especially on public holidays and weekends
- Friendly, clear and articulate manner of expression
- You should be able to concentrate fully on the job - ideal if you have no other professional commitments
- Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work in a team
