The loft is centrally located at Dreispitz in Basel, close to public transport and the motorway.

There is a multi-storey car park in the immediate vicinity. If required, an additional parking space in front of the building can be hired.

Shopping facilities are also available in the immediate vicinity.

Working independently & registration

Legal registration is also easily possible for ladies from abroad. I, as the studio operator, will handle the registration process.

No commission is charged on turnover. All income from the services you provide is yours alone.

As a tenant, you are also free to set your own prices and decide on the services you offer.

Short-term hire

Minimum duration 4 hours: CHF 160.–
Additional hour: CHF 25.–

Note regarding the bed

The mattress is covered with a fitted sheet, which is disinfected after every booking. If you book without bed linen, no duvets or pillows will be provided.
