- Private entrance with no disturbing neighbours, providing high privacy (however, please maintain good manners while living with neighbours).
- Shared clean bathrooms and kitchen available.
- The workroom is equipped with a large, clean bed and a high-quality, firm mattress.

⛔**Appliances: Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, infrared stove, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dryer, towels, bed sheets for work, everything is ready to use in the flat, there is a balcony and sofas for sitting and enjoying the fresh air at the back of the house.

⛔**Location:
- Close to Migros, Denner, Coop, Asia Shop, banks, post office, and pharmacy, along with a large public park nearby.
- Tram line 3 goes to the city centre.
- Tram line 1 goes to SBB.
- All locations are just a 2-5 minute walk away.

⛔**Requirements:
- Non-smoker or minimal smoking (smoking in the clean workroom is strictly prohibited!).
- Please keep noise levels down to avoid disturbing neighbours.

- 700 per week (100 per day, with a minimum stay of 7 days).

⛔**Equipment: Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, infrared oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, towels, bed linen for work, everything is ready to use in the flat, at the back of the house there is a balcony and sofas to sit and enjoy the fresh air.

- Nearby are Migros, Denner, Coop, Asia Shop, banks, post office and pharmacy as well as a large city park.
- Tram line 3 to the city centre.
- Tram line 1 to SBB.
- All locations can be reached on foot in just 2-5 minutes.
