The PaDom® Swiss flat network is for anyone who wants to consciously forge their own path. We currently offer legal adult entertainment job opportunities in two regions of Switzerland, across a total of 9 private flats for women and transgender people aged 18 and over.

0% commission – 100% discretion
One of the key advantages of the PaDom® system is the transparent, fixed daily flat rate. The daily flat or room fee ranges from 135 to 235 CHF; there is no commission system, so you know in advance what costs you’ll incur.

With motivated, focused work, you can easily earn 800–1,000 CHF per day. Your actual earnings naturally depend on the intensity of your work, your availability, your communication skills and how successfully you build up your own client base.

For new girls, we do not charge a room fee on your first day of work. This gives you the chance to get to know the system, experience the environment and make a decision based on your own impressions.

The work is self-managed, but the management team supports you with almost everything.

You handle your own phone, organise your appointments and decide when to work and when to rest.

You alone determine your services, your extras and their prices. No extras are compulsory, and nobody tells you what to offer. Your earnings are primarily determined by how active and focused you are, and how successfully you build up your own client base.

Premium flats, established locations, genuine client footfall
If a high-end environment is important to you, PaDom® properties offer modern, refurbished flats with new furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine and tumble dryer. Towels, bed linen and all essential amenities are provided.

Free Wi-Fi and an entrance CCTV system ensure comfort and security. In established flats, you can rely not only on regulars who drop in spontaneously but also on clients who respond to your own adverts. In many flats, a dedicated doorbell and a photo help with identification.

You can work on your own or with a friend. If there are several of you, a 3–5-room flat can also be rented.

Important rule: No male companions are allowed to stay in the flat. Small pets are allowed, provided you take responsibility for any damage they may cause.

Who we’re looking for
We’re NOT just looking for top models, but natural, well-groomed, so-called ‘girls next door’ types. Those who know what they want, are reliable and can work independently. We cannot accommodate plus-size girls.

Important information
Online registration (90-day work permit) is, of course, free of charge.

Everyone organises and pays for their own travel. We do not arrange this or advance the costs for anyone. You can also travel by coach, but this is entirely your own responsibility.

If you wish, we can help manage your adverts (including throughout your entire tour) to ensure they are well-maintained and eye-catching.
