We still have good rates; guests pay 300 CHF, preferably per hour!!!

Rental costs:

Bubikon: 900 CHF per week per room (3-room flat)

Davos: 950 CHF per week for a studio flat; for EU citizens working on a 90-day visa, an additional 125 CHF applies in the canton of Graubünden

The rent is paid to me on the Friday of the working week; no deposit required.

I ensure that there is only ever one TS or dominatrix in the flat at any one time, and otherwise I make sure the team is well mixed.
