ROOM AVAILABLE IN A LUXURY APARTMENT BY THE LAKE – ZURICH

Private room available for a woman in a modern, elegant and discreet apartment by the lake, approximately 10 minutes from Zurich city centre.

The apartment is quiet, comfortable and well maintained, with access to the kitchen and common areas. During weekdays I normally work from around 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, so the apartment is generally free and peaceful during the day.

Price from CHF 350 per week, depending on the length of stay and arrangement.

For weekends, if needed, I can also offer optional transport to and from work and accompany you for additional safety during the journey. This is completely optional and separate from the room rental.

About me:
I’m a 30-year-old Italian man, living and working in the Zurich area. I work full-time, I’m respectful, discreet and easy-going, and I value privacy, cleanliness and a relaxed atmosphere at home.
