I'm Lana - fit, well-trained and always on the move. During the day, I'm on the running track, in the gym or doing yoga, sweating it out and pushing my limits. But in the evening? That's when the sweat gets really interesting ... and I like to share it with you.
After a hard workout, I'm fired up, relaxed and incredibly receptive to anything that releases even more adrenaline. I love that moment when my body is already glowing and then someone comes along who knows exactly how to fan the flames even further.
