We let out private, superbly furnished flats to self-employed women and trans women.
If you’d like to work in a quiet and discreet environment, you’ve come to the right place.

Our flats are modern, clean and fully equipped; you’ll have your own room and share the flat with one or a maximum of two other people (depending on the location and flat).
For those who prefer to work alone, we offer three self-contained flats.

Apartment facilities:
Lockable and fully equipped workroom, including pillows and blankets.
Bathroom with shower or bath (depending on the apartment) with plenty of towels for you and your guests.
Fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and coffee machine; naturally, there’s no shortage of pans, cutlery, etc.
All flats have a washing machine and tumble dryer.

All flats are centrally located with shopping facilities and have no immediate neighbours!

You’ll be working legally with us; we’ll arrange your work permit free of charge before you arrive.
