* Daily rent: CHF 150, minimum rental period 3 days
* 1 week: CHF 750 to CHF 1,050, depending on the room
* 2 rooms: from CHF 1,400 per week
* 3 rooms: from CHF 1,950 per week
* 4 weeks / month: from CHF 2,400 per room
* 2 rooms for 4 weeks: CHF 4,600
* 3 rooms for 4 weeks: CHF 6,300

If you pay in full on arrival for 4 weeks, you’ll benefit from the relevant long-term discount.

🇨🇭 Registration & Permits

We’ll help you with your registration for the 90 days. Once the 90 days have elapsed, depending on your situation, you may be able to apply for a 4-week extension or apply for an L permit valid throughout Switzerland for 1 year.

🐶 Bringing a dog?

You are generally welcome to bring a dog. A deposit of CHF 150.– is required, which will be refunded upon departure provided the room is clean and undamaged.

Out of consideration for the other female residents, your dog may only stay in your own room and must not be allowed to roam freely throughout the flat. We ask that you use a crate or a suitable dog basket if necessary.
