(The flat is handed over in a clean condition and is cleaned by the tenant on their own responsibility – to ensure a consistently perfect, comfortable atmosphere.)

In Mels, I have a cleaner –
which is why the weekly rent in Mels is 860fr


In Chur, the weekly rent is 1000fr, with
the tenant responsible for cleaning.
