(The flat will be handed over in a clean condition and cleaned by the tenant on her own responsibility - for a perfect feel-good atmosphere at all times).

That's why the weekly rent in Mels costs 850fr


In Chur the weekly rent is 900fr with
with self-cleaning by the tenant.
