Tasks and responsibilities
- Telephone service
- Checking guests in and out
- Looking after and advising guests
- Saying goodbye to and checking in guests
- Ensuring a correct introduction (dress, appearance, motivation)
- Responsibility for cleanliness and tidiness
- Quality assurance of internal standards

Professional competences
- Preferably with experience in the reception area
- Flexible in terms of working hours
- Driving licence Cat. B
- German and good knowledge of English

Personal competences
- Organisational skills, as well as an independent and precise way of working
- Strong service orientation and cultivated manners
- Enjoy daily contact with guests
- Friendly interaction with guests and girls
