The owner is available by phone during office hours or in person in the office on the first floor of a flat.
The management is available at almost any time if you need support. We can also help you create your adverts if you wish.

Renovated flats with new furniture, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer. Towels, bed linen etc. are also provided.
You can work alone or with a friend. If there are several of you, you can also rent a flat with 3-5 rooms.

Male company is not allowed in the flat! Small pets are allowed if you take responsibility for any damage.

We will also support you with the online registration and obtaining the L permit if your 90 days have expired!

Minimal knowledge of German or English, a well-groomed appearance and professional photos or high-quality selfies are prerequisites for the high standard of our flats.
