The somewhat firm Thai massage stimulates blood circulation and relaxes the muscles.
It can help relieve back and neck pain.
It enhances your overall sense of well-being.
A relaxed body also helps to relieve mental stress.

💙 Classic Massage
Classic massage can be performed in a way that is very relaxing and thus stress-relieving, relaxing the whole body.
It can improve lymphatic flow.
Deeper pressure can, for example, help to release knots or tension.
Joints can be activated and mobilised, and blood circulation is stimulated.

💙 Sports Massage
This complements the classic massage and is tailored to the needs of the athlete. The massage is performed with greater pressure where appropriate, or in a regenerative and relaxing manner after exercise.

💙 Head, Neck and Shoulder Massage
Helps combat stress and headaches.
It helps with headaches caused by stress, the weather or muscle tension.

💙 Hot Stone

Warmth that penetrates deep beneath the skin.
Hot lava stones release tension and provide a sense of deep inner calm.


You’re welcome to have a shower at my practice and enjoy a cup of tea whilst listening to some soothing music. My Thai massage practice is clean.
