I am looking for a long-term role working from home as a telephone operator, receptionist or customer service assistant – preferably for a company in Switzerland, Germany or Austria.

I have 6.5 years’ professional experience in reception and telephone support and am particularly experienced in looking after guests and customers, arranging appointments and communicating over the telephone.

I would be keen to take on a role in telephone support for escort agencies, for example:

* providing telephone support and communicating with clients
* receiving and processing enquiries
* arranging and coordinating appointments
* assisting clients over the telephone
* creating and maintaining advertisements
* general organisational and administrative tasks

I am reliable, discreet, friendly and professional, and am exclusively interested in a work-from-home role.
